About

AIR APAC defines readiness. Exeter Labs builds the instruments.

Exeter Labs is 100% owned by AIR APAC. It exists to turn AIR APAC research, training, advisory work, and Human Layer methodology into decision intelligence products.

Why Exeter Labs exists

Institutions need more than reports. They need decision instruments.

AIR APAC is the Center for AI Readiness in Asia Pacific: research, certification, training, consulting, and institutional capacity building. Exeter Labs is the product company that turns that knowledge into repeatable rooms, signal systems, and executive decision workflows.

This separation is intentional. AIR APAC can remain a trusted authority on readiness while Exeter Labs builds productized instruments for institutions that need to decide what to fund, scale, stop, revise, or investigate next.

Ownership

100% owned by AIR APAC

Exeter Labs is not a separate consulting brand chasing the same mandate. It is AIR APAC's productization layer for Decision Rooms, signal intelligence, AI visibility, and institutional decision infrastructure.

Exeter Labs turns AIR APAC's readiness work into practical product surfaces for leaders and institutions.

Core belief

Decision intelligence is the missing layer in institutional AI work.

Institutional AI work should start with decisions, not tools.

Activity only matters when it creates evidence leaders can act on.

AIR APAC should remain the trusted readiness authority.

Exeter Labs should productize the measurement and decision layer.

AI should structure human judgment, not replace it.

Reusable rooms create a stronger moat than one-off reports.

Product patterns

Decision Rooms adapt the same system to different mandates.

Institutional Trade Room

Turns missions, pavilions, exporter programs, and buyer meetings into scored follow-up priorities.

Investment Attraction Room

Helps investment teams assess sector narratives, investor signals, and the next best conversion action.

City AI Visibility Room

Shows how a city appears across AI answer surfaces, which sources shape the narrative, and what to improve next.

North America Decision Room

Helps Korean and Asian B2B companies decide whether expansion signals justify more spend.

Some product patterns are pilot-stage. Exeter Labs labels early work as pilot work until the room, data model, and decision cadence are proven.

What Exeter Labs is

The product company behind AIR APAC's decision layer.

Exeter Labs combines signal scoring, public-signal intelligence, AI-mediated visibility analysis, decision registers, executive memos, and human strategic review. The output is not software for its own sake. The output is a better institutional decision.

What Exeter Labs is not

  • A generic AI automation vendor
  • A software reseller or implementation shop
  • A digital marketing or lead generation agency
  • A slide-only strategy consultancy
  • A static research firm
  • A replacement for AIR APAC's neutral readiness role

Exeter Labs builds the measurement and decision layer around institutional work. Implementation can remain with the institution, its partners, or selected vendors.

The category

Institutional Decision Intelligence.

Institutional Decision Intelligence connects program activity, public signals, market evidence, AI visibility, and human judgment to the decisions institutions must make repeatedly.

Data governance

Neutral, reviewable, and built for institutional trust.

  • Client and institutional data is not used to train external models
  • Sensitive information can be redacted before AI processing
  • Access permissions are documented per pilot
  • Outputs are reviewed before executive delivery
  • Decision rules and assumptions are made visible
  • Vendor and model choices remain neutral
