Data and trust
The notice a person reads before a StepSim session, in full. Then how Tourism Room shows its sources.
The session notice
- This session is run by your facilitator.
- Your facilitator, your line manager and the company that asked you to take part see your record and your profile, with your name.
- Your record is each decision you make, in order. Your profile is how AIRS-J/1 reads those decisions.
- Your record and your profile may be used for your development, for assessment and for hiring.
- Your record is also counted in your group's results.
- Three to six weeks after the session, your facilitator may ask your line manager which agreed actions you carried out. StepSim never contacts the company about this.
- Your record is sent to a server in Singapore. It is kept for 90 days after the session closes, then deleted.
- You can withdraw your record until the facilitator closes the session.
No AI grading
The scorer is deterministic code. It applies a case's rules to an event log. No language model grades, labels or produces evidence a count uses.
